TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The online store mai-attire.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is operated by Unakounted OÜ, registry code 14715317, located at Pärnu Mnt 38, Tallinn, 10119, Estonia.

 


 

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

Prices for products are listed next to each item. Shipping costs may be added, depending on the delivery method and the customer’s location. All prices are in Euros (€).

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and displayed before confirming the order.

Product descriptions and relevant information are provided next to each item in the Online Store.

 


 

Placing an Order

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in the required fields and choose a suitable delivery option. The total cost will be shown on the screen and can be paid securely via the following payment methods:

  • Card payments (Visa / MasterCard)

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

  • Mai Attire issued gift card

Note: If you pay via bank link, please remember to confirm the payment and click "Return to merchant" to finalize your order.

Payments are processed by Shopify. Transactions are completed in a secure external environment—either through the customer's bank or credit card provider. The merchant does not have access to customers’ bank or card data.

The purchase agreement becomes effective once the total amount for the order placed has been received in the Online Store's bank account.

The Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards only the data necessary for processing payments to Shopify, the authorized processor.

If an ordered item cannot be delivered—due to being out of stock or for any other reason—the customer will be informed promptly, and the full amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days of notification.

 


 

Delivery

We ship to the following countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and more.

Delivery options include:

  • Omniva, Itella SmartPOST, DPD lockers

  • International Delivery via Omniva

  • In-store pickup 

International shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are shown next to the delivery method during checkout.

In Estonia, packages typically arrive within 5 business days of order confirmation. International deliveries take up to 15 calendar days.

We use third-party courier services to deliver your order. However, under consumer protection laws, we remain responsible for ensuring that your order reaches you in good condition. Risk of loss and damage passes to you only once the goods have been delivered to the address you provided, unless you have independently arranged for collection or courier services.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 


 

Right of Withdrawal

All items are made to order. As such, purchases are not eligible for refund under the EU right of withdrawal. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your item, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving it to request an exchange or store credit, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To withdraw, the customer must submit a withdrawal request via e-mail info@mai-attire.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Once your request is approved, please return the item within 14 days. We will issue your store credit or ship the exchange item upon receiving the return.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer bears the cost of returning the item. If the return is due to a defect or a wrong item sent, the return cost is covered by the Online Store.

 


 

Submitting Complaints

All items are handmade and may show slight variations in stitching, shape, or finish. These natural irregularities are part of the product’s unique character and are not considered defects.

As required by EU consumer protection law, we are responsible for any material defects present at the time of delivery, for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

If you discover an issue, please notify us via email info@mai-attire.com.

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item. If this is not possible, we will offer an appropriate resolution.

 


 

Direct Marketing and Data Processing

The Online Store uses personal data entered by the customer solely for processing orders and delivering goods. Relevant information is shared with logistics partners for delivery purposes.

Newsletters and promotional offers are sent only with the customer's consent, which is granted by subscribing to marketing communications on the website.

Customers can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the instructions in the email or contacting us directly.
